The meeting has been accredited with 10.5 CME credits for Italian Physicians/Surgeons and Nurses.

Only fully completed registrations will be accepted. Each participant will receive a registration confirmation.
If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse any registration.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organising Secretariat.
Refunds will be processed after the Congress.
Requests for refunds made after the Congress will not be considered.
Refund of registration fees:
• cancellations on or before November 13, 2023: 30% will be withheld
• cancellations after November 13, 2023: no refund

Registered participants will receive an attendance certificate at the end of the meeting.

The Secretariat will be open throughout the meeting sessions.

Participants should wear the identification badge collected at the Secretariat Desk upon registration during all conference sessions.

An Exhibition featuring Pharmaceutical and Product Companies, Technical Equipment Companies and Medical Publishers will be held at the congress venue; the entrance is free for participants registered for the Congress.
All Companies interested in participating, for stands reservation and other forms of participation, should contact the Organizing Secretariat.

In no circumstances shall the Organizers be held responsible for any injury or damage involving persons and property during the Meeting.
No responsibility will also be accepted for problems resulting from strikes, climate conditions or any other circumstances beyond the Organisers’ control.

Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
